Building the foundation of a digital transformation strategy for the company – this was the challenge that stood at the forefront of the collaboration between the energy company Vattenfall and RCKT.

For this reason, we used quantitative and qualitative data to analyze the existing digital skill sets within the company, and identify any strengths or weaknesses. In addition to this, we combined existing digital competencies and subsequently created new job profiles for the company’s future recruitment strategies.
