For a leading German FMCG player with an international focus, RCKT develops digital project ideas and tools to promote internal digital cultural change. Together, we evaluate how digital transformation might be applicable in practise through Design Thinking workshops and trend reports. RCKT develops formats and spaces that foster employee innovation. The result of the series of broad workshops we held with them was the creation of a custom-made “Innovation Process”, which makes it possible for employees to develop innovative ideas internally and implement them. For this, dedicated project teams are set up, guided, and coached until project execution.
